Sway Pilates was founded in 2025 with the vision of creating a welcoming, accessible space for everyone to experience the physical and mental benefits of Pilates.

What began as a small idea has grown into the studio you see today — a place shaped by community, dedication, and the belief that Pilates should feel approachable to everyone.

Over time, we’ve learned that what truly matters isn’t just the movement itself, but the environment it fosters — a space for self-confidence, balance, and personal growth. We believe Pilates should be genuine, inclusive, and free from stereotypes that limit it to certain body types or lifestyles.

Sway Pilates exists to be different — a safe, supportive studio where people of all shapes, sizes, backgrounds, and experience levels can feel comfortable walking in and stronger walking out. It’s a place to move, breathe, connect, and build friendships — not just bodies.

Every class at Sway is built around community, encouragement, and real people — not perfection. Our mission is to empower clients to feel confident in their own skin and to enjoy Pilates without pressure or expectation.

JADE MARRAZZO

Meet Jade, the founder of Sway Pilates. She moved to Switzerland from America in 2023, where she met and married her husband.

Her journey with learning German is an ongoing adventure, and she takes every opportunity to practice and improve.

Photography was her first love, but over time, her passion for movement and fitness grew just as strong. She began with wrestling, and while she still trains in Jiu-Jitsu occasionally, Pilates has become her true focus.

With years of personal practice behind her, Jade is now taking the next step — transitioning into teaching and building a space of her own. Sway Pilates marks the start of an exciting new chapter, and she looks forward to sharing it with you.

AZIAH MEIER

Meet Aziah, our newest Pilates instructor! Originally from America, Aziah brings a strong background in barre, blending its graceful, strength-focused movements with the core principles of Pilates. Now based in Switzerland with her husband, she is passionate about helping clients build strength, flexibility, and confidence in their bodies.

Aziah will be leading our Saturday classes, offering Pilates Barre Fusion and Roots (Beginner) courses, where her expertise in both disciplines ensures a well-rounded and accessible experience for all levels.

Her encouraging and detail-oriented teaching style makes her an excellent instructor for anyone looking to refine their technique or start their Pilates journey with a strong foundation.
