OUR CLASSES

Roots

Roots is where we build the essential skills that form the heart of every Pilates practice. This class focuses on core principles — alignment, breathing, control, concentration, precision, and flow — giving you a strong base to support all future movement.

You’ll work at a steady, intentional pace with guided instruction to help you move safely and effectively. Every exercise can be adapted to your individual needs, making Roots suitable for all levels — whether it’s your very first class or a chance to refine and strengthen your technique.

By the end, you’ll feel more connected to your body, more confident in your movement, and ready to take on any class with strength and awareness.

Pilates Sculpt

Sculpt takes Pilates principles and layers in a strength-focused approach to tone and define your entire body. Using controlled, higher-intensity movements, added resistance, and deeper holds, this class challenges your muscles in new ways while maintaining the mindful, precise flow Pilates is known for.

The pace is steady — not rushed — allowing you to focus on proper form and muscle engagement for maximum results. You’ll target strength, endurance, and stability, with exercises that can be modified or progressed to meet your fitness level.

Sculpt is ideal for anyone looking to build lean muscle, improve posture, and leave class feeling strong, powerful, and energized.

Pilates Barre Fusion

Pilates Barre Fusion blends the core-strengthening precision of Pilates with the graceful, sculpting movements of barre. Using a combination of mat work, standing exercises at the barre (or a suitable support), and light props, this class targets strength, stability, flexibility, and balance in one seamless flow.

Expect small, controlled movements to deeply engage muscles, pulses to build endurance, and stretching sequences to lengthen and release. The pace is steady and intentional, offering options to modify or progress so every client can work at their own comfort level.

This class is perfect for those who want a well-rounded workout that tones the body, improves posture, and leaves you feeling both strong and graceful.
