Terms of the Monthly Unlimited Pass:

• Valid for 2  consecutive months  starting from date of contract activation.

• Includes unlimited Mat and Reformer classes within the 2 Month period.

• Class reservations required; spots are subject to availability.

• No refunds, transfers, or extensions, except if the studio cancels a class.

• Pass is for individual use only and cannot be shared.

• Late cancellations or no-shows follow the studio’s standard policy listed in section 10.

1. Membership Commitment
The Unlimited Pack requires a minimum 2-month commitment.
After the initial commitment period, the membership continues on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled with notice (see Section 2).

2. Cancellation Policy
A 30-day written notice (via email or in person) is required to cancel.
Cancellations cannot be backdated. Any fees due within the 30-day notice period remain payable.

3. Payments
Membership fees are charged in advance each month.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of access to classes until outstanding amounts are settled.

4. Refunds & Transfers
All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Memberships cannot be shared, transferred, or put on hold except in exceptional cases (see Section 5).

5. Pausing Memberships
Memberships may be paused with a (minimum 4 weeks), subject to approval and appropriate documentation.
Requests for pauses must be submitted in writing at least 14 days in advance.

6. Class Booking & Attendance
Classes must be booked in advance through the studio’s booking system.
The studio reserves the right to change the class schedule, instructor, or format when necessary.

7. Studio Policies
Members must arrive on time and follow studio etiquette.
Grip socks are recommended for hygiene and safety on Reformers.
The studio reserves the right to suspend or cancel a membership for repeated violation of policies.

8. Liability
Participation in classes is at your own risk. By attending, you confirm that you are in suitable health to take part in Pilates exercise.
Please inform the instructor of any injuries, health conditions, or pregnancy prior to class.

9. Agreement
By purchasing and using the Unlimited Mat & Reformer Pack, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

 

10. Late Cancellation & No-Show PolicyCancellations must be made at least 6 hours before class. Late cancellations and no-shows will lose the class credit (or incur a CHF 15 fee for unlimited members). Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions. Thank you for respecting our instructors’ time and other clients who want a spot.
