Terms of the Monthly Monthly Mat Pass:

• Valid for 6 consecutive months  starting from date of contract activation.

• Includes unlimited Mat and Reformer classes within the 6 month period.

• Class reservations required; spots are subject to availability.

• No refunds, transfers, or extensions, except if the studio cancels a class.

• Pass is for individual use only and cannot be shared.

• Late cancellations or no-shows follow the studio’s standard policy listed in section 10.

Membership Duration & Renewal
1. The Monthly Mat Membership has a 6-month minimum term.
After 6 months, the membership will automatically renew on a rolling monthly basis.
A 30-day written notice (via email or in person) is required to cancel after the initial 6-month period.

2. Included Classes
The membership includes 12 Mat classes per month.
Unused sessions do not roll over to the following month.

3. Payments
Monthly payments are billed in advance on the same date each month as the original purchase.
Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Cancellations
Early cancellations before the 6-month term are not permitted.
After the 6-month term, membership may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.

5. Class Bookings
Classes must be booked in advance through the studio’s booking system.
Missed classes cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or credited.

6. Studio Policies
Members are expected to follow studio etiquette and arrive on time.
The studio reserves the right to adjust the class schedule, instructors, or formats if necessary.

7. Health & Safety
Participation is at your own risk. Please inform your instructor of any injuries, health conditions, or pregnancy before class.

 

8. Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before class. Late cancellations and no-shows will lose the class credit (or incur a CHF 15 fee for unlimited members). Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions. Thank you for respecting our instructors’ time and other clients who want a spot.
